Alternative Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, consumers may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) or another authorized ADR entity listed at www.mhsr.sk.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2025/40.

Platform Classification — Digital Services Act (DSA)

Citadel TCG operates as an online platform and an online marketplacewithin the meaning of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

Trader Status — DSA Article 30

Citadel TCG is a multi-trader online marketplace that allows third-party traders (sellers) to offer trading cards and sealed products to consumers. Pursuant to Article 30 DSA ("Traceability of traders"), we collect and verify the following information from each seller before publishing their listings:

• Full name (or business name)
• Postal address, telephone number, and email address
• Identification document or business registration number (for professional sellers)
• Bank account / payment account details (for payouts via Stripe Connect)
• Self-declaration of compliance with applicable EU consumer protection and product safety law

Sellers are classified as private sellers (occasional, non-commercial trading by individuals) or professional sellers (traders within the meaning of Directive 2005/29/EC). Professional sellers must additionally provide a business registration number (e.g. IČO) and, where applicable, a VAT identification number. Both categories are visibly indicated on each listing and seller profile.
